Sober Living Opportunities

Sober Living at Evergreen

Evergreen Recovery works with Second Chances Sober Living and a few select community partners to provide an opportunity for housing for those in our outpatient program without the added stress of the financial cost of living. The intent of this partnership is to assist clients in getting back on their feet while in early recovery.

All sober homes have a live-in house manager, many of which are in preparation for graduation or have graduated from Evergreen Recovery.

  • Residents are required to attend a weekly house meeting

  • Laundry available on-site at each house

  • Food is not provided

Evergreen Recovery works with a community partner for clients who require CADI services. For those interested in chemical dependency services and permanent housing in CADI services, please contact the main number at Evergreen Recovery for more information. Clients must meet the following criteria to qualify for a CADI waiver:

  • Be eligible for Medical Assistance based on disability or other eligibility status

  • Be certified disabled by Social Security or the State Medical Review Team (SMRT) process

  • Be younger than 65 years old at the time of opening to the waiver for the first time

  • Have an MnCHOICES assessment

  • Have an assessed need for supports and services beyond those available through the MA state plan
