Our Services
Flexible Adult Outpatient Services
Evergreen Recovery serves anyone over the age of 18. We offer treatment planning, care coordination, transitional services, group counseling, aftercare, and sober living to those who qualify.
Daily Groups
We offer groups three times each day at Evergreen, as well as Saturday & Sunday morning groups.
Morning group - 8:30 AM
Afternoon group - 1:30 PM
Evening group - 5:30 PM
Our groups cover a variety of topics including coping skills, relapse prevention, mental health topics, anger management, health & wellness, and much more. We offer art therapy several times per month as well as weekly therapeutic recreation.
Individual Support
Clients receive as much individual support as needed. Our dedicated clinical staff have decades of experience working with individuals seeking recovery. Clients work with their assigned primary counselor to create an individualized treatment plan to engage them in their recovery journey.
Additionally, we have an energetic team of certified peer recovery specialists, who walk alongside our clients. Our peer recovery specialists have walked the same path our clients are walking and are there to offer encouragement and support, assist clients in building a recovery network, and assist clients in accessing other resources they may need.
Mental Health Services
As a co-occurring program, we employ mental health professionals who work with clients individually, and also facilitate groups.
Medical Services
Our dedicated medical services team dilligently works with clients to provide basic medical care, as well as medication management. They work with partner organizations to provide referrals to clients who wish to seek medication assisted treatment options such as suboxone or methadone.
Chemical Health Assessments
Evergreen Recovery provides comprehensive assessments to adults 18 and older. An assessment is the first step in determining necessity and the appropriate level of care for treatment. Call (651) 252-6070 for questions or to schedule an assessment.
Men’s Residential Services - Coming 2024
Our men’s residential unit is currently undergoing licensing with the Department of Human Services, and contracting with insurance companies. We are excited to offer 24 beds of residential treatment soon!
Evergreen Recovery Minneapolis - Coming 2024
We are currently undergoing licensing with the Department of Human Services for an outpatient program in Minneapolis. We look forward to serving Minneapolis soon!
