FLEXIBLE ADULT OUTPATIENT CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY SERVICES
Evergreen Recovery serves anyone over the age of 18. We offer treatment planning, care coordination/transitional services, group counseling, aftercare, and sober living to those who qualify. Evergreen Recovery partners with a local addiction clinic for Mental Health Services and select MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) services.
RULE 25 ASSESSMENTS
Evergreen Recovery provides Rule 25 assessments to adults 18 and older. A chemical health assessment is the first step in determining necessity and appropriate level of care. Call 651-252-6070 for questions or to schedule an assessment.
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SECOND CHANCES SOBER LIVING
We offer free Sober Living for clients who qualify, 7 men’s sober homes, and 1 women’s sober home in the St. Paul area and growing. All sober homes have a live-in House Manager. Food and Transportation is not provided.
FUNDING FOR TREATMENT SERVICES
Evergreen recovery accepts private pay, consolidated treatment fund (Rule 25), and select private insurances. Please call for details and / or insurance verification.

Our Mission:
Evergreen Recovery is committed to addressing the needs of adults, and young adults over the age of 18 in the most individualized way possible. Our program offers chemical dependency groups, and individual sessions to address both chemical use and mental health concerns. Our clinical staff consists of master’s level clinicians, who have received the latest in mental health and chemical dependency training and have years of experience working with adults and young adults. Our program is designed to help clients in the least intrusive way possible, while providing effective services.
